Abstract, Presentation and Poster Guidelines
Presentation will take the form of a poster or a 15 minutes talk followed by 5 minutes of discussion. In order to encourage future scientific collaborations between the Institutes and research groups, each presentation (poster or talk) is supposed to include a short synopsis of the respective group research interests, as well as accessible resources, platforms and technical know-how. It is advisable to make the information provided on the research group as brief as possible (1 to 2 slides in oral presentations, or one box on the poster).
All students implicated in doctoral schools will participate in selecting which of the submitted abstracts will be for oral presentation and which will be for posters. Two weeks after the registration deadline, participants will be sent a notification.
The size of the poster boards shall accommodate A0 posters (1189 mm × 841 mm).
